Located in Riyadh, the Silah Investments Office Building is a contemporary workplace designed to embody clarity, elegance, and environmental responsiveness. With a total project area of 12,000 m², the building reflects a refined architectural language that balances solidity and transparency, creating a modern identity rooted in regional context.
The design is defined by a rhythmic façade of vertical fins that provide both visual depth and passive shading, reducing solar gain while enhancing interior comfort. These sculptural elements frame generous glazing, allowing natural light to permeate the workspace while maintaining privacy and thermal efficiency. The interplay of light and shadow across the exterior evolves throughout the day, giving the building a dynamic presence.
At its core, the project emphasizes a seamless connection between architecture and interior design. Warm material palettes, integrated greenery, and carefully curated spatial sequences foster a calm and productive environment for occupants. Courtyard-inspired pockets and planted terraces introduce nature into the workplace, promoting well-being and creating moments of pause within a professional setting.
The ground level is conceived as an inviting and transparent zone, strengthening the relationship between the building and its surroundings, while upper levels offer offer more controlled and serene office spaces. The overall composition is both functional and expressive, aligning with the aspirations of a forward-thinking corporate identity.
