The business incubator—comprising co-working spaces, meeting rooms, municipal economic-development services, and dedicated workshops—will accommodate around 40 entrepreneurs.
In this context, the new incubator is designed to be a landmark facility, attractive to local and international entrepreneurs and reflective of Dammam’s forward-looking vision. The programme emphasizes generous shared spaces, and the architectural concept reinforces this openness: offices overlook a landscaped courtyard designed to mitigate heat and optimize natural light, while circulation routes open onto a full-height central atrium that encourages interaction, collaboration, and a vibrant entrepreneurial community.
