Maraqa Farmhouse is a family retreat designed to accommodate large gatherings while maintaining privacy and comfort for each member of the family. Located in the tranquil landscape of the Dead Sea region, the project embraces a natural architectural language rooted in stone, warmth, and openness to the surrounding environment.

The residence is organized around multiple private suites, allowing different family members to enjoy their own secluded spaces while still being connected through generous communal areas. This balance between privacy and togetherness was central to the design concept.

The architectural expression emphasizes a pure stone aesthetic, reflecting the earthy character of the region and grounding the house within its landscape. Natural textures and light toned materials define the exterior, creating a calm and timeless presence.

Inside, the interiors continue the connection to nature through warm orange accents and neutral tones, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the house. Large seating areas and spacious living zones were designed to host extended family gatherings, encouraging shared moments and social interaction.

Outdoor spaces play an essential role in the experience of the farmhouse. A pool and landscaped terraces extend the living areas into the surrounding garden, providing shaded and open areas for relaxation while maintaining visual continuity with the natural environment.

Maraqa Farmhouse ultimately serves as a modern family sanctuary, a place where architecture, landscape, and interior warmth come together to create a comfortable retreat for generations.
