The Invest Bank Headquarters in Shmeisani was designed as a contemporary institutional workplace that reflects the bank’s identity while supporting a flexible and collaborative work culture. The spatial planning balances efficiency, privacy, and openness, creating an environment suited to both focused tasks and team interaction.
The layout integrates a variety of work settings, including open workstations, private offices, executive suites, hybrid lounges, casual seating areas, and fully equipped meeting rooms. Department heads are provided with dedicated private spaces, ensuring confidentiality while maintaining proximity to their teams.
Materiality and color selection were carefully aligned with Invest Bank’s corporate palette, creating a cohesive visual language throughout the headquarters. Warm wooden finishes were incorporated extensively to soften the institutional atmosphere and introduce a sense of comfort and approachability within the workspace, while the incorporation of natural light and greenery enhances the overall ambiance.
Circulation and zoning were thoughtfully organized to enhance wayfinding and workflow efficiency. The signage system was clean, minimal, and carefully curated to match the bank’s branding, reinforcing a consistent identity across all areas of the project
