Our Dammam Offices project is designed as a modern, vibrant workspace that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. Spanning 6,000 m², the office hub is tailored to foster innovation, collaboration, and productivity for businesses and startups.
The design emphasizes open spaces and abundant greenery, creating a welcoming and refreshing environment. Large windows and indoor olive trees bring the outdoors in, creating a harmonious connection between nature and workspaces. The interiors feature earthy tones, with pastel purple and green-beige cladding that adds a subtle yet sophisticated aesthetic.
The office layout includes multiple workstations, senior offices, private offices, and dedicated meeting areas, complemented by dynamic zones such as a bar, lounge, and large reception areas. Thoughtful acoustic paneling ensures a comfortable and focused work environment, while flexible spaces adapt to various work styles and needs.
This project exemplifies the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, combining modern design, functionality, and natural elements to create a distinctive and inspiring workplace in Dammam.
